The house is in a small hamlet of fishermen cottages, near the town of Crozon. Within a stone’s throw from the sea, you will have in front of your eyes the spectacle of the sheltered cove and the ballet of the boats.

The lovely stone cottage, call a “penty” by the Bretons is located 300 m from the nearest beach. The house belongs to our family since the 17th century. We restored it a few years ago and we preserved the atmosphere of this 350 years old cottage.

The property, south facing, overlooks the sea. It’s particulary pleasant to dream in the garden, streching out on a deskchair, in front of the ocean, or listen music, or doing nothing. A short walk, and you are at the nearby sandy beach, sheltered and gently shelving. It is ideal for family particulary for the kids who like to catch crabs, shrimps and shellfishes.
